How long do SOS video recordings remain in the Everbridge Universe Safety Widget?

Answer

Administrators can configure the availability of SOS video recordings from 1 day to 18 months from Settings > Organization > Map > Location Data Source > Data Retention Policy. 

NOTE: SOS video recordings cannot be deleted by a user.
