How long do SOS video recordings remain in the Everbridge Universe Safety Widget?

Answer:

SOS video recordings are available for six months after their initial capture in the Everbridge Universe Safety Widget. After six months, the SOS video recordings are deleted.

NOTE: SOS video recordings cannot be deleted by a user. The six month time frame cannot be modified.
