How often does the Everbridge Manager Portal page refresh when auto refresh is toggled on?

Answer:

The Auto Refresh slider is available on five tabs in the Everbridge Suite Manager Portal. Each tab is listed below with the frequency in which the page auto refreshes.

NOTE: Every tab may not be available in all organizations. For more information on any of the tabs, contact an Everbridge Account Manager.

1. The Dashboard tab refreshes every five minutes and 30 seconds.
2. The Notifications tab refreshes every 30 seconds.
3. The Critical Events tab refreshes every 60 seconds.
4. The ITA tab refreshes every 60 seconds.
5. The Incidents tab refreshes every 30 seconds.
