Is there a way to change the Sent From name in Everbridge member portal registration emails?

Answer:

No, The Sent From name seen in member portal registration emails cannot be changed.

The user that sends a member portal registration email from the Manager Portal, will be in the 'Sent From' field that the contact will see. As an alternative, creating a new user account with a desired name can be used to send the member portal registrations.
