    Custom safety buttons for the Everbridge Mobile App are configured in the Manager Portal. First, ensure that the safety features are enabled for the organization.

    1. Login to the Manager Portal and select an organization from the upper right-hand side of the page.
    2. Click Settings.
    3. Click the Everbridge Mobile App sub-tab.
    4. Click Application Options.
    5. Click Safety and select the checkbox for Enable safety feature in Everbridge Mobile App.
    Custom Buttons

    Now that the safety features are enabled, under MANAGE SAFETY BUTTONS customize the buttons displayed.

    1. Click Add a custom button.
    2. Select a Type.
    3. Enter a Name.
    4. Enter a Description.
    5. Click Replace Image.
    6. To chance the image click Upload on the bottom left, select the desired file and click Open.
    7. Adjust the size of the button with the - and + icons.
    8. Click Save.
    9. Select Who Can See This Button for the organization.
    10. Under What Happens When This Button Is Tapped? enter the custom content that will display in the Everbridge Mobile App when the button is tapped.
    11. Click Save.
    NOTE: If this feature is not enabled, contact an Everbridge Account Manager.
