The Everbridge Mobile App is not supported on jailbroken or rooted devices. Using such a device with the Everbridge Mobile App could introduce security vulnerabilities which would affect the device's local data. This also applies to devices using non-authorized operating systems, such as LineageOS.

If a device appears to be rooted, jailbroken, or otherwise modified, the EB360 (Everbridge Mobile) app may display an error such as "Device appears to be compromised (rooted/jailbroken/modified)". This message indicates that the app has detected potential compromise of the device itself. It is a local security detection in the app and is not evidence of a platform-wide breach.
