Problem:

Contacts cannot confirm receipt of a notification from their "@mail.mil" email address in Everbridge Suite.

Root Cause:

Due to security restrictions, most, if not all, .mil email addresses do not allow web links to be clicked. If a .mil email receives an email from Everbridge requesting confirmation, the confirmation link will not be accessible.

Solution:

To confirm the email notification, contacts can copy and paste the confirmation link into a web browser, and then press the Enter key.
