Question

Can the confirmation request sent to contacts be modified in Everbridge Suite?

Answer

No. The confirmation request itself (including the standard confirmation wording and behavior) cannot be changed.

For Standard-type email templates with Request Confirmation enabled, the “Click here to acknowledge” link always appears above the email template content and its placement cannot be changed.

If you need to ask a specific question or collect customized responses (for example, Yes/No or multiple-choice answers that can be consolidated for crisis review and situational awareness), use a Polling or Survey notification instead.
