Everbridge calls are not automatically blocked by call blockers or flagged as scams. Call will only be blocked if the message recipient takes action to block the number.

Accounts and organizations can decrease the likelihood of having their calls blocked by proactively notifying their message recipients of the sender caller ID and e-mail display their organization will use to send notifications.

It is recommended that message recipients add the sender caller ID to their contacts list so they know that they are receiving a call from their account or organization.
