Problem:

When attempting to add a custom safety button (Settings > Everbridge Mobile App > Safety > Safety Buttons), the option to add a custom button is missing. For example,
 

To add a custom button, the +Add a custom button option needs to be available at the bottom of the MANAGE SAFETY BUTTONS screen:
 

Root Cause:

The ability to add custom buttons in Safety Connection is a premium feature in Everbridge Suite that is part of a package called SC Pro. Either you do not have SC Pro, or you have SC Pro but it has not been enabled in your account or your organization.
