Description:

Follow the steps listed below on your iOS or Android device to view and select the contacts for an Organization when creating a Notification with the ManageBridge app:

  1. Log in to the ManageBridge app on your mobile device.

  2. Tap Notifications from the main menu.

  3. Tap a Notification template to use it for the message, or tap the Send button to configure an ad-hoc message.

  4. On the Contacts.

  5. Tap Individual.

  6. The Individual page will open, which is split into two tabs:

    • All - Displays all contact names in the Organization (only the name is shown; contact details such as phone numbers or email addresses are not visible in ManageBridge).

    • Selected - Displays contacts that have been selected for this Notification.

  7. Under All, select the checkbox next to the name of each contact that should be included as a recipient. You'll see them then populate in the Selected tab. Even if a contact's profile already exists in the system, they will not receive this notification unless you explicitly select their name here.

  8. Before sending, review the Selected tab to confirm that every intended contact appears in the recipient list. This helps ensure that all required individuals are included for manually selected notifications.

  9. Tap Back from the upper left-hand corner to return to the Notification form once the desired contacts have been selected.
