Which roles can edit delivery methods used in an incident template in Everbridge Suite Incident Communications?


Delivery methods for incident templates can be edited by the incident administrator, organization administrator and account administrator roles. To edit delivery methods in an incident template, follow the steps below:

Incident Template Edit
  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click on the Incidents tab from the top of the page.
  3. Click on the Templates sub-tab.
  4. Click on the pencil icon next to the desired incident template.
Incident Template Settings Edit
  1. Click Settings from the menu on the left.
  2. Click the Edit link.
  3. Edit desired settings in each respective section.
  4. Click Save from the top of the page.
