Delivery methods for incident templates can be edited by the incident administrator, organization administrator and account administrator roles. To edit delivery methods in an incident template, follow the steps below:
Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
Click on the Incidents tab from the top of the page.
Click on the Templates sub-tab.
Click on the pencil icon next to the desired incident template.
