EBS: What Are the Maximum Number of Conditions That Can Be Used in an Incident Template in Incident Communications?


What are the maximum number of conditions that can be defined in an incident template found under Incidents > Templates > Create/Edit Template > Settings > Condition?


The platform defaults to 50 conditional statements.  This can be changed on the back-end, but adding additional statements can cause performance issues when editing the templates so it is not recommended.  If 50 conditions is not enough, Everbridge recommends using incident rules instead.
