What is the maximum number of conditions that can be defined in an Incident template found under Incidents > Templates > Create/Edit Template > Settings > Condition?
Answer
The platform defaults to 50 conditional statements. This can be changed on the back end by request, but note that adding additional statements can cause performance issues when editing the templates, so it is not recommended. If 50 conditions are not enough, Everbridge recommends using Incident Rules instead.
If you've reached the maximum limit of 50 alarm conditions and need an increase, contact your Everbridge Account Manager. They can help you request an increase in your account's alarm condition limit.
