Question:

What makes a conference bridge active in Everbridge Suite?

Answer:

A conference bridge call will be active once two contacts have joined the call. A conference call will not be initiated if only one contact joins the call.

NOTE: This applies to both custom conference bridges and SMART conference bridges.
