Description:

Google-based maps will not load in the Universe tab if search and ad traffic from Google is blocked. If this is preventing the map from loading in the Universe tab, follow the steps listed below to change the Universe map source:

1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate organization from the upper left-hand corner.
2. Choose the Settings tab from the top of the page.
3. Choose Map from the left of the page.
4. Choose Map Defaults from the sub-menu.
5. Select the desired map source from the Default Base Map dropdown menu.
6. Select Save.
