Question:

What is the Everbridge Network Effect option and how is it configured in the Manager Portal?  

Answer:

The Everbridge Network Effect is an Everbridge Suite publishing option called "Everbridge Network" that allows an organization to subscribe to notifications from other organizations or classes of organizations.

The Everbridge Network publishing option is found under:
  1. Settings > Organization > Publishing Options > Everbridge Network
