Quota notifications are perfect for needing an exact amount of contacts to respond to a polling notification.

Send a quota notification by following the steps listed below:

1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper left-hand corner.
2. Click on the Notifications tab from the top of the page.
3. Click New Notification.
4. Under the message body, select the Polling radio button.
5. Select the checkbox next to Use Quotas.
6. Enter Text Responses and enter the corresponding amount of responses needed for each under # Needed.
   1. More responses can be created by clicking on the Add Another link.
7. Complete the rest of the notification as desired and send.

View the notification results by clicking on the Notifications tab, and then the title of the notification.

• The Table View sub-tab shows the responses for the quota notification.
• Clicking the Send Follow Up button allows users to send a notification to specific response groups.
