EBS: Can a Notification or Incident Template Have the Same ID as a Scenario?

Question:

Can a notification or incident template have the same ID as a scenario?

Why is my new scenario's ID not unique?

Answer:

IDs for notification and incident templates, as well as scenarios, must all be unique. Unique IDs for both templates and scenarios enables each to be accessible when using the launch by phone feature.
