EBS: New Contact Upload Error Messages in Everbridge Suite

Topic:

When a CSV file containing Contacts is uploaded to Everbridge, the upload file is listed on the Contacts tab under the Uploads sub-tab. Choose the View icon next to the desired upload file to view the Upload Results page. From there, an error message will be displayed for any failed Contact Uploads.

Starting with the April 2021 Release of Everbridge CEM Suite, some of these Contact Upload error messages have been replaced and/or revised with more meaningful error messages. See the table below for a list of the original error messages and their corresponding revised error messages.

For more information on the meaning of each error message, please see Knowledge Base Article 000001478 - Troubleshooting: Guide to Contact Upload Error Messages.
