What is Single Sign-On (SSO) and what is the benefit of using SSO with Everbridge Suite?

Answer

Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication method that allows users to use their internal company credentials to also log in to their respective Everbridge portals. By using SSO, users have the ability to enter their login credentials once to be able to access several different applications that are configured within their company's Identity Provider (IdP) application.
