How to determine when user registration emails were sent from Everbridge Suite.

Description

Users can use the advanced search feature to find the exact date a user registration email was sent.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal and select your organization
  2. Select Settings > Access > Users 
  3. Select Advanced search top right
  4. Under ADVANCED SEARCH select Registration Invite Sent from the Add Filter Select field drop-down menu
  5. Set the Condition
  6. Under Value Select date
  7. Click Search
