  • Does Everbridge control the date when new versions of their mobile apps are available for download?

  • When will a specific Everbridge mobile app fix (for example, an Everbridge 360 iOS update) appear in the App Store or Google Play if I do not see it yet?

Answer

The approval process Everbridge mobile applications must complete before they are made available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store is outside of Everbridge control and varies from submission to submission. Availability is dependent on each store's review time, rollout process, and current backlog.

Everbridge takes every step to ensure that our mobile applications are submitted in a timely fashion and aligned as closely as possible with announced releases.
