How to Enable Single Sign-On (SSO) for the ManageBridge App.



The account must have Single Sign-On configured for the Manager Portal before enabling Single Sign-On for the ManageBridge app. For more information see Knowledge Base Article:  000019218 - How to Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) for use with Everbridge Suite.

To enable Single Sign-On for ManageBridge, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to the Manager Portal as an Account Administrator.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Security > Single Sign-on for Manager Portal.
  4. Enter Name, API Name, and an Identity Provider Metadata file.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Select the Enable Single Sign-On for ManageBridge checkbox.
  7. Enter a Key Phrase for users to use at login.
  8. Click Save.

Using the Single Sign-On Key Phrase

Using Single Sign-on to log in to ManageBridge appears differently based on the identity provider (IdP) configured.
  1. Open the ManageBridge app. If Single Sign-on has been enabled, ManageBridge prompts you to add a Single Sign-On key phrase.
  2. Enter your key phrase and tap Continue.
  3. Tap Log In.
