How to view errors that occur when uploading contacts with SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol)

If your attempt to upload contacts with SFTP was unsuccessful, the errors can be reviewed by following the steps listed below:

  1. From the open session window in WinSCP, open the result folder.
  2. Right click on the desired file and choose Download.
  3. After the file has completed downloading, open it to view the errors.
