How to view and/or download the contacts of a specific group without running a report in Everbridge Suite.


Contacts can be filtered with different conditions by using the advanced search feature in Everbridge Suite. Follow the steps listed below to use advanced search for viewing the contacts of a specific group:

Using Advanced Search for Contacts
  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate organization from the upper left-hand corner.
  2. Choose the Contacts tab from the top of the page.
  3. Choose the Advanced search link from the right of the page.
  4. From the dropdown menu under the Condition column, select Associated Group(s).
  5. From the Value column, select the desired group or groups to view the contacts of.
  6. Select Search.
    1. To download a CSV file of the filtered contacts, select Download.
