How to view and/or download the contacts of a specific group without running a report in Everbridge Suite.
Description:
Contacts can be filtered with different conditions by using the advanced search feature in Everbridge Suite. Follow the steps listed below to use advanced search for viewing the contacts of a specific group:
- Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate organization from the upper left-hand corner.
- Choose the Contacts tab from the top of the page.
- Choose the Advanced search link from the right of the page.
- From the dropdown menu under the Condition column, select Associated Group(s).
- From the Value column, select the desired group or groups to view the contacts of.
- Select Search.
- To download a CSV file of the filtered contacts, select Download.
