How to search for contacts by their phone number or email address in Everbridge Suite.

Description

Find contacts by using their phone number or email address by following the steps below:

1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired Organization from the upper right-hand corner.

2. Navigate to Contacts > Contact List.

3. Select the Advanced search link from the right of the page.

4. Create a search with the following attributes:

   1. Field: Delivery Method Value

   2. Condition: contains

   3. Value: a phone number or email address

      1. Omit hyphens when entering a phone number.

5. Click Search to display the contacts whose delivery method values contain the entered text.

Tip: If the contact record for a distribution list still does not appear, use the distribution-list email address to search for both active and deleted contact records, as it may have been removed or deactivated.
