To view and/or edit Everbridge Suite roles and permissions at both the organization and account levels, follow the steps below:

Viewing and Editing Roles on the Organization Level

As an Organization Administrator,

  1. Hover your mouse over the Access tab on the top of the page and then click the Roles subtab.

NOTE: If you do not have an Access tab, then you are either not an Organization Administrator or you have not been enabled to edit roles. In this case, please contact one of your Everbridge Account Administrators.

  1. Choose the role you would like to view or edit.
  2. Click the Permissions tab to view or edit that role's access and control.

You can also view all possible permissions for all roles by clicking on Permissions Grid.

Viewing and Editing Roles on the Account Level

As an Account Administrator,

  1. Click on the Roles tab on the top of the page.
  2. Choose the Organization whose roles you would like to view or edit.
  3. Choose the role you would like to view or edit.
  4. Click on the Permissions tab to view or edit that role's access and control.

You can also view all possible permissions for all roles by clicking on Permissions Grid.
