Will deleting a Group in Everbridge Suite also delete the Contacts from the Organization?
Answer
No. Deleting a group in Everbridge Suite will NOT delete the members of that group.
To delete a group follow the steps below:
Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate Organization from the upper-right corner.
Click on the Contacts tab from the top of the page.
Click the Groups sub-tab.
Select the Group you wish to delete.
Click on the trash icon next to the Group name.
Important Note: If the Group was created during a Contact Upload, you will also need to remove the Group name from any Contacts to prevent the Group from being recreated.
