How to remove selected contacts (individuals, groups and/or rules) from a notification in Everbridge Suite.


To remove any number of individual Contacts, Groups or Rules from a notification, follow the steps listed below:

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Choose the Notifications tab from the top of the page and select New Notification from the upper right-hand corner to create your notification.
  3. Scroll down to Contacts.
  4. Click on Preview contacts.
  5. Choose the Select tab at the top.
  6. The Individuals, Groups and Rules Contact selections for the notification can be removed by checking the corresponding checkboxes on the right-hand side, clicking Remove for each category.
  7. Click OK.
