How to switch user roles in Everbridge Suite.
Description:
When logging in to the Manager Portal, users are automatically logged into their default role. However, users with more than one role can switch between roles by following the steps below:
- Log in to the Manager Portal.
- Click on the user name in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on the desired role.
