How to remove the subject line from SMS messages sent to contacts.
Description
SMS message notifications use the Title of a notification for the subject line. Follow the steps below to disable the subject from showing in all SMS message notifications:
- Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal and select your Organization
- Select Settings > Organization > Notifications > SMS Options
- Toggle Include Title in SMS Messages to Off
- Click Save
