How to notify unstaffed Contacts when changes are made to an Everbridge Suite calendar.

Description:

Automated emails can be sent when changes are made to an active calendar. Follow the steps below:
Editing Calendars
  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click on Contacts.
  3. Click on the Scheduling sub-tab.
  4. Hover over and click the pencil icon next to the desired calendar.
Calendar Details
  1. The Calendar Details page will open and next to Update Others:, select the desired checkbox(es):
    1. Specific individuals via email. (This allows a user to enter specific email addresses to be notified when changes are made. Separate each email address with a comma.)
    2. All individuals scheduled on this calendar.
  2. Click Save.
