How to view the SSL certificate for the Manager Portal.

Description:

A user can view the Manager Portal's SSL certificate (and its expiration date) by following the steps listed below for each browser.

Important: SSL certificates for the Manager Portal (manager.everbridge.net) are managed and renewed automatically by the Everbridge infrastructure team. Certificates are renewed proactively before their expiration date to ensure continued secure access. No action is required from customers, and renewals are performed in a way that does not require downtime or service disruption.

NOTE: The user must be logged in to Manager Portal when checking the certificate.

Chrome View Certificate

  1. Click on the menu icon from the upper right of the browser window.
  2. Hover over More tools and click on Developer tools.
  3. Click Security.
  4. Click on View Certificate.

Mozilla Firefox

Firefox View Certificate

  1. Click on the padlock icon Firefox Lock Icon from the far left of the address bar.
  2. Click on the arrow icon Firefox More Information Icon.
  3. Click More Information.
  4. Click View Certificate.

Safari
