How to send Notifications from Everbridge Suite to Ascom Devices.

Description

Everbridge has special plain text email delivery methods that can be enabled to deliver the message to an Ascom device.

To enable a delivery path for Ascom:

1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired Organization from the upper right-hand corner.
2. Navigate to Settings > Notifications > Delivery Methods. 
3. Make sure that at least one delivery method is enabled for Ascom devices. Everbridge has two contact paths that can work well with Ascom devices:
   • Plain Text Email 1-Way
   • Plain Text Email 2-Way.
     • The two-way plain text path will enable you to respond and confirm the Notification when configured properly.
4. Click Save.
