How to send notifications from Everbridge Suite to Ascom Devices.

Description:

Everbridge has special plain text email delivery methods that can be enabled to deliver the message to an Ascom device.

Follow the steps below to enable a path for Ascom:

1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
2. Click on the Settings tab.
3. Click the Notifications tab from the left side of the page, then click Delivery Methods from the list.
4. Make sure that at least one delivery method is enabled for Ascom devices.
   1. Everbridge has two contact paths that can work well with Ascom devices.
   2. The paths are Plain Text Email 1-Way and Plain Text Email 2-Way.
   3. The two way plain text path will enable you to respond and confirm the notification when configured properly.\
5. Click Save.
