How to delete Contacts in Everbridge Suite.

Description

Contacts can be deleted in the Manager Portal through the Contacts tab or by uploading a CSV file. Follow the sections below for steps on both methods.

Deleting Multiple Contacts
  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the relevant Organization from the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click on the Contacts tab.
  3. Select the checkbox next to the desired contact name(s). 
  4. Click Delete and then confirm by clicking Yes.

Deleting Contacts via Upload

To delete Contacts via upload follow the steps listed below:

NOTE: When uploading a file to delete contacts, the External ID is the only value required to properly delete Contacts from an Organization.

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the relevant Organization from the upper right-hand corner..
  2. Click on the Contacts tab.
  3. Click on the Uploads sub-tab.
  4. Click on Upload to portal.

  1. Click on the Upload Contacts link and select the CSV file.
  2. Select the radio button for Delete.
  3. Click Upload to portal.
    1. Deleted contacts can be restored within 30 days.
