Call results for notifications help identify the delivery and response rate for an organization's notifications.

Call results can be found in the Detailed Notification Analysis report. There are two ways to view this report:

Option 1:

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select an organization from the upper right-hand side of the page.
  2. Click the Reports tab.
  3. Select Detailed Notification Analysis from the list of Quick Reports.
  4. Click View Report.
  5. Click the title of the desired notification to see the notification's details.

Option 2:

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select an organization from the upper right-hand side of the page.
  2. Click the Notifications tab.
  3. Select Active/History from the drop-down.
  4. Click the title of the desired notification to see the notification's details.
  5. Click on the chart icon next to the notification's title to open the Detailed Notification Analysis for that notification.
