Availability of the Everbridge 360™ Mobile App in China varies by mobile platform due to regional service restrictions and distribution availability.

iOS Devices

The Everbridge mobile app is available for download from the Apple App Store in China.

Users within mainland China can install the application directly from the local App Store. This enables access to Everbridge 360™ mobile capabilities without requiring alternative download methods.

Android Devices

The Everbridge 360™ Mobile App is not available for download from the Google Play Store on Android devices in China.

This limitation exists because Google Play Store services are unavailable in China.

Contacts in China can connect to a Virtual Private Network (VPN), which will give them access to the Google Play store services and thus the ability to download the Everbridge Mobile app. Contacts can follow the steps below to connect to a VPN on their mobile device:

To configure and connect to a VPN on an Android device:

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Select Wireless & networks.
3. Select More.
   
4. Select VPN.
   
5. Select the + icon to create a new VPN connection.
   
6. Enter the VPN name.
7. Enter the server address.
8. Select the checkbox for PPP encryption (MPPE), if applicable.
9. Select Save.
   
10. Open the VPN connection.
11. Enter the username and password.
    
12. Optionally select Save account information.
13. Optionally select Always-on VPN.
14. Select Connect.
15. Open the Google Play Store and download the Everbridge Mobile App.
