How to download Smart Conference Bridge call recordings from Incidents in Everbridge Suite.

Description:

Smart Conference Bridge is one of three types of conference bridges offered by Everbridge for conference notifications. The other two are Standard Conference Bridge and Custom Conference Bridge. Information on these conference bridges and how to gain access to them may be found in Knowledge Base Article 00004307 - Conference Notification Types & Best Practices.

Smart Conference Bridge is available only within the Incident Communications product. Using a Smart Conference Bridge allows you to select a conference-type notification in which up to 250 contacts join an Everbridge-provided smart conference bridge. Contacts do not need to enter an access code after dialing in, and join the conference automatically. If you are interested in using Smart Conference Bridge, please contact your Everbridge Account Manager.

This article explains how to download Smart Conference Bridge call recordings from Incidents in Everbridge Suite.

NOTE: Although Everbridge has two other conference call types, the Smart Conference Bridge is the only conference bridge type whose recordings may be downloaded.

To download a Smart Conference Bridge recording follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Manager Portal for your Organization.
2. Click on the Incidents tab.
3. Click on Open / History from the drop-down menu.
4. Click on the desired open incident.
5. Click on the play button under Conference Call.
6. A new tab will open, click Download.

The recording will be downloaded to the user's default download directory.
