How to create images in notifications that are clickable hyperlinks in Everbridge Suite.

Description:

When creating an email notification, a URL an be inserted into an image to make it a clickable hyperlink.

Follow the steps listed below to insert a link into an image:

1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
2. Click on the Notifications tab from the top of the page.
3. Click on the New Notification button.
4. Create the notification as desired, and select the checkbox for Use custom Email/Everbridge Mobile App message.
5. From the toolbar, click the paste icon and insert the image URL.

Insert the image URL and change the URL indicated in the bold HTML code example as shown below:

6. Select Submit.
7. Complete the rest of the Notification and click Send.
