Description:

You can override delivery method quiet times and "Off" statuses on a per notification basis by following the steps listed below:

1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper left-hand corner.
2. Choose the Notifications tab from the top of the page.
3. Choose the New Notification button from the upper left of the page and create the notification as desired.
4. From the Settings pane, choose the Edit link.
5. Check the checkbox for Override.
6. Complete and send the notification.
