How to find where an Everbridge Organization's Contact data is stored.

Description

Follow the steps below to find the location of an organization's contact data:

1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
2. Click on the Settings tab from the top of the page.
3. Click on the Organization option from the left.
4. Click Base Information.
5. Under Organization Details, find the row for Contact Data Store Location.
