How to Change the Language for Voice Notifications and Incidents.
Description:
The language setting for a notification controls the language contacts receive voice and email prompts in. This setting does not translate any text entered in the title or body of a notification, nor does it translate the text-to-speech message. However, the text-to-speech message will be read using the selected language's accent. Pictured at right is an example of an email received from a notification that had Russian selected as its language. Notice that only the confirmation prompt is translated. |
