How to Change the Language for Voice Notifications and Incident Templates.
Description
The language setting for a Notification controls the language contacts receive voice and email prompts in. This setting does not translate any text entered in the title or body of a Notification, nor does it translate the text-to-speech message. However, the text-to-speech message will be read using the selected language's accent. Pictured below is an example of an email received from a Notification that had Spanish selected as its language. Notice that only the confirmation prompt and opt-out option are translated.
