How to assign incident or scenario templates to users with the Incident Operator role.
Description
To assign incident or scenario templates to the Incident Operator role, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Manager Portal and select the relevant Organization from the upper right-hand corner.
- Click the Access tab from the top of the page.
- Choose the Roles sub-tab.
- Select the desired Incident Operator role from the left.
- To assign specific incident or scenario templates, select the corresponding radio button for Limited Access, and then select the desired templates.
- Click Save.
