How to add/edit calendar staff layers in the Everbridge Suite Scheduling feature.
Description:
There are three methods in the Manager Portal to add/edit calendar staff layers in the Everbridge Suite Scheduling feature:
- In Main View
- In Shift View
- In Staff View
Follow the steps in the sections below:
Main View
- Click the Contacts tab.
- Click the Scheduling sub-tab.
- The Main View is opened by default. Then, select the desired calendar on the left-hand side.
- Click or hover over a shift to access the Edit Staffing option and click Edit Staffing.
- Click + New Staffing Layer (or Add Staffing Layer if there are none).
- Create a new staffing layer as desired and click Save & Exit.
- Another option is to click the Edit button under the desired staff layer name to add/remove contacts from the shift.
- Click Save & Exit.
Shift View
- Click the Contacts tab.
- Click the Scheduling sub-tab.
- The Main View is opened by default. Select the desired calendar on the left-hand side and then click Shift View.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to the desired shift name and click Staffing.
- Click + New Staffing Layer (or Add Staffing Layer if there are none).
- Create a new staffing layer as desired and click Save & Exit.
- Another option is to click the Edit button under the desired staff layer name to add/remove contacts from the shift.
- Click Save & Exit.
Staff View

Click the Contacts tab.

Click the Scheduling sub-tab.

The Main View is opened by default. Select the desired calendar on the left-hand side and then click Staff View.

Click the + Add Staff button on the right-hand side of the calendar.

Click + New Staffing Layer (or Add Staffing Layer if there are none).

Create a new staffing layer as desired and click Save & Exit.
