Description:

There are three methods in the Manager Portal to add/edit calendar staff layers in the Everbridge Suite Scheduling feature:

Follow the steps in the sections below:

Main View

  1. Click the Contacts tab.

  1. Click the Scheduling sub-tab.

  1. The Main View is opened by default. Then, select the desired calendar on the left-hand side.

  1. Click or hover over a shift to access the Edit Staffing option and click Edit Staffing.

  1. Click + New Staffing Layer (or Add Staffing Layer if there are none).

  1. Create a new staffing layer as desired and click Save & Exit.

  1. Another option is to click the Edit button under the desired staff layer name to add/remove contacts from the shift.

Shift View

  1. Click the Contacts tab.

  1. The Main View is opened by default. Select the desired calendar on the left-hand side and then click Shift View.

  1. Click the drop-down arrow next to the desired shift name and click Staffing.

  1. Create a new staffing layer as desired and click Save & Exit.

  1. Another option is to click the Edit button under the desired staff layer name to add/remove contacts from the shift.

  1. Click the Contacts tab.
