How to change a user's security question and answer in Everbridge Suite.
Description
The security question (also referred to as a hint question) and the security question answer can be changed by following the steps below:
- Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal
- Click on the profile icon
- Select My Account
- Select Change Security Question and choose the new security question from the Question drop-down menu
- Select the checkbox next to Show answer and enter the security answer in the Answer field
Note: The security question answer is case sensitive
- Enter the password for the Everbridge Suite account in the Password field
- Click Save
