How to change a user's security question and answer in Everbridge Suite.
Description
The security question (also referred to as a hint question) and the security question answer can be changed by following the steps below:
Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal
Click on the profile icon
Select My Account
Select Change Security Question and choose the new security question from the Question drop-down menu
Select the checkbox next to Show answer and enter the security answer in the Answer field
Note: The security question answer is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as created, including any spaces.
Enter the password for the Everbridge Suite account in the Password field
Click Save
