How to access the Everbridge Support Center from the Manager Portal.

Description

The Support Center provides Everbridge contact information, knowledge articles, release notes, real-time system status, support cases, and other documentation. Follow the steps below to log in to Support Center from the Everbridge Manager Portal:

1. Log in to the Manager Portal.

1. From the upper right-hand corner of the page, click on the question mark icon.

2. Click on Everbridge Support Center.
