How to enable Role Permission changes in Everbridge Suite.


Custom permissions cannot be defined for Manager Portal roles. The Manager Portal utilizes fixed roles with pre-configured permissions, with the exception of permissions marked as "Configure" in the permissions grid. Instructions for viewing the permissions grid can be found in Knowledge Base Article 000002761 - How to View Everbridge Suite Roles and Permissions at Both the Organization and Account Levels.

When a role has its permissions changed, the user of that role must log out of the Manager Portal and then log back in for the changes to be accessed. If a user of that role is logged in to the Manager Portal at the time the permissions are changed, the changes are inaccessible.
