How to add default images to email notification headers and footers in Everbridge Suite.

Description:

Default images can be added to the header and footer of an email notification by using the URL for the desired image. It is recommended to use an image from a hosting site, such as Imgur, Flickr, or Photobucket. The characters in the URL will count against the 2,500 character limit for the header or footer.

Follow the steps below to add a default image to the email header or footer:

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click the Settings tab from the top of the page.
  3. Click Notifications from the left of the page.
  4. Click Email - Header & Footer from the sub-menu.
  5. From the desired section, click the icon Add Image Icon from the toolbar. The toolbar is accessible once the text box has been activated by clicking into it.
