How can users edit a contact's availability for a schedule?

Answer

To edit a contact's availability for a calendar, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Navigate to Contacts > Scheduling
  3. Select the desired calendar from the left of the page.
  4. Click Staff View.
  5. Click on the dropdown menu next to the name of the desired contact.
  6. Select Make unavailable.

  7. Set the contact's availability as needed.
    1. Set the Starts and Ends dates by clicking on the calendar icons.
    2. Set how often the contact will be unavailable for the set time frame by selecting from the Repeat dropdown menu.
    3. If the contact will be replaced while they are unavailable, click the Replace link and select the contact's replacement.
  8. Click Save when finished.
