Answer:
To edit a contact's availability for a calendar, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on the Contacts tab from the top of the page.
- Click on the Scheduling sub-tab.
- Select the desired calendar from the left of the page.
- Click Staff View.
- Click on the dropdown menu next to the name of the desired contact.
- Select Make unavailable.
- Set the contact's availability as needed.
- Set the Starts and Ends dates by clicking on the calendar icons.
- Set how often the contact will be unavailable for the set time frame by selecting from the Repeat dropdown menu.
- If the contact will be replaced while they are unavailable, click the Replace link and select the contact's replacement.
- Click Save when finished.
