How can users edit a contact's availability for a schedule?

Answer:

To edit a contact's availability for a calendar, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click on the Contacts tab from the top of the page.
  3. Click on the Scheduling sub-tab.
  4. Select the desired calendar from the left of the page.
  5. Click Staff View.
  6. Click on the dropdown menu next to the name of the desired contact.
  7. Select Make unavailable.
  8. Set the contact's availability as needed.
    1. Set the Starts and Ends dates by clicking on the calendar icons.
    2. Set how often the contact will be unavailable for the set time frame by selecting from the Repeat dropdown menu.
    3. If the contact will be replaced while they are unavailable, click the Replace link and select the contact's replacement.
  9. Click Save when finished.
